Products & Customization

What is sintered stone, and how is it different from tile, natural stone, or quartz?
Sintered stone is a compact, engineered surface made from natural minerals under extreme pressure and heat, resulting in high density and durability.
  • Unlike tiles, which are thinner, have size limitations, and require grout lines, sintered stone offers larger slab formats, a broader thickness range (3–20mm), and a seamless, non-porous surface that is easier to maintain.
  • Compared to natural stone, it is stain-resistant, UV-stable, and doesn’t require sealing, while still delivering the elegance of natural patterns.
  • Unlike quartz, sintered stone offers superior heat resistance and greater versatility for both indoor and outdoor applications.
What raw materials are used, and how do they ensure quality?
We use premium raw materials like quartz, feldspar, kaolin, and inorganic clay, sourced from trusted suppliers (e.g., Spanish kaolin). Our inks are imported from Spain’s Torrecid, applied with 10-channel SACMI inkjet printers for vibrant, uniform designs. All materials undergo strict testing (e.g., XRF analysis) to meet international standards like ISO and 3C certifications.
What is the water absorption rate of BIGCC’s sintered stone?
Our sintered stone achieves ≤0.05% water absorption rate, far surpassing the industry standard of ≤0.5%.
Can you provide customized sintered stone products?

Ordering & Delivery

What is the production and delivery timeline?
  • Standard Orders: In-stock items ship within 72 hours.
  • Custom Orders: Production takes approximately 20 days, with expedited options available upon request. Our global logistics network ensures efficient delivery to major ports worldwide.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No MOQ for in-stock items (3000+ styles, 20 million m² inventory). Customized orders require a minimum of 1000 m².
How are products packaged and shipped?
Products are packed with iron frames, corner protectors, film, and straps to ensure zero damage. Each slab is labeled with specs, batch, and color codes for traceability. We offer container optimization to reduce shipping costs and support mixed-batch loading.

Services & Support

What is your product warranty policy?
Each product comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects such as cracks or surface peeling.
How do you handle issues like damaged slabs during shipping?
Clients should inspect the shipment upon arrival. Damages caused during transit are eligible for repair or replacement after verification.
What after-sales support do you provide?
We offer comprehensive after-sales services, from installation guidance to troubleshooting. Common issues are resolved within 48 hours.
Do you offer technical support for installation?
Yes, we provide free technical guidance for installation and can assist clients with complex project setups.
